Attendee Info


By purchasing a ticket and attending the Physio Symposium ("the Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Admission

1.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.
1.2. Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered attendee. The organizer reserves the right to verify attendee identity at the entrance.
1.3. The Event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates event policies, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a security risk to other attendees.
1.4. Attendees must present valid identification upon request. Failure to do so may result in denied entry without refund.
1.5. Entry to specific sessions or workshops may be subject to additional registration or capacity limits. The organizer does not guarantee access to all sessions for all attendees.
1.6. The Event organizer reserves the right to charge a 20% administration fee for payment instalments not received within seven days of the instalment being due.

2. Event Changes and Cancellations

2.1. The Event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, content, or venue without prior notice.
2.2. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued.
2.3. In the unlikely event of complete cancellation, ticket holders may be offered a credit for a future event at the sole discretion of the organizer.
2.4. The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees due to event changes, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and personal expenses.

3. Liability and Conduct

3.1. Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. The organizer assumes no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
3.2. Attendees must comply with all venue regulations and event policies. Any attendee causing disruption, engaging in harassment, or behaving inappropriately may be removed without refund.
3.3. The organizer shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by attendees due to participation in the Event.
3.4. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The organizer will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
3.5. Consumption of alcohol or illicit substances is strictly prohibited at the Event. Attendees found in violation may be removed immediately.

4. Photography, Recording, and Media

4.1. By attending the Event, you grant the organizer permission to capture and use photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
4.2. Unauthorized recording, live streaming, or distribution of event sessions, materials, or speaker presentations is strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
4.3. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform the event staff upon arrival.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

5.1. The personal data you provide during registration will be used solely for event administration, security, and communications.
5.2. Your details may be shared with event sponsors or partners only with your explicit consent.
5.3. The organizer will take reasonable measures to protect attendee data but is not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or security incidents beyond its control.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any cancellation, delay, or alteration due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, or technical failures.
6.2. In the event of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the Event without liability.

7. General Provisions

7.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the attendee and the Event organizer.
7.2. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
7.3. The laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is held shall govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
7.4. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be made available on the official event website.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
